Contracts and Cancelling
Read the terms with either provider.
RingCentral’s terms describe automatic renewal for the same term, a 30-day notice period to stop renewal and payment of the remaining term if you leave early. Many of its negative reviews are about exactly this.
Nextiva’s best prices also require a 12-month agreement, and it offers no free trial. Ask for month-to-month pricing in writing if you want flexibility.
